Hi I've just purchased a used spark and I'm having trouble saving any photos it saves video ok but not photos can anyone suggest what the problem might be thanks

Hello from the Hoosier Heartland, hunterz.
Are you referring to the SD card on the Spark?
You have to decide what you are capturing and switch between the video and photo.
If in video mode ( recording off ) clicking the camera button once will change it from the video to photo.
Every time you click the photo button after that should save the photos to the card.
Vice versa if in photo and want to switch to video.
Can't do both at once.
But you can record the whole flight and get frame grabs from the video.
