Custom Button

Hello:

I noticed today that one of the two custom buttons is not holding its programming. I have set the one, I think it'd FN to map toggle and it works sometimes but always loses its programming when I turn of the controller. Do any of you have the same issue?

If using an OTG cable, the settings won't stay and have to be reset every time.

At least when I used the cable with iOS.
I don't use it anymore.

Not using the OTG cable. Again one button stays programmed and one does not.

Anyone else know what might be going on? One custom button works and not the other.

You're lucky, I don't even have the option for toggle to map view

Just curious, which button is It?

FN on top or trigger button?

Maybe one received damage some how and not making the connection internally.

Are you able to program them ok in the Go4 app, but not able to use it?

Its the FN button on top, I can program it in the app with no problem.
