DJI Go 4 update - 4.2.4 update on both IOS and Android

Thank you, so turn WIFI off pre flight, should i also put phone into aeroplane mode to prevent incoming calls etc or is this not required?
If you turn on airplane mode you disable all tx functions, should result in a better connection with the spark.

But, if you don't enter airplane , you can transmit live video, may not be able to fly as far though

That's a good idea, but it's not required.
Sorry for all the questions but its crossed my mind if this is done will the spark still plot its history on a map post flight incase something goes wrong and i need to track it?

Just upgraded to 4.2.4 to check and see if OTG and Offfline Map has been fixed. Sadly this is not the case. It's back to 4.1.15.

Is "mapbox" a new moving map the GO 4 app is moving to?

It appears that the newly released IOS version of DJI Go 4 is working properly with the OTG. I have not seen any weak signal warnings, battery and video transmission data is showing up. It seems to be working!

DJI GO 4 ver. 4.2.4

So far I do not see any new release of the app for Android.

I just posted the same thing in the software and firmware section of the forum. It looks like this new version in IOS 4.2.4 is working for me with OTG.

I also use android, but I have not tried it yet

Need to Know If you guys think I should give OTG a go with the new update and If ND filters are worth It..
Cheers Craig

Oh, I am kinda new here. Didn’t realize shearing my experiences. Was illegal.

Check telemetry data "H", "D", "V", Satellite, and battery level are all being reported as "N/A".

I'm running 4.2.4 from Android 7.0.

Are you using Android or IOS. I only got the up date for IOS.

Does it completely work or just mostly work like it used to? By that I mean can you assign the buttons and it remembers them, etc.? I'm betting on mostly works, I would think there'd have to be stuff added in the firmware.

Yep, under "settings" it shows "DJI GO 4 v4.2.4(509-googlePlay)".
