Low battery warning not working

I don't get the sound low battery warning anymore. It coincided with the debut of my Ipad mini 4 and the latest upgrade, so I don't know the cause. I get all the primary warnings (take off and home point) and only get a sound warning again when the battery is at critical, although the light turns red on the screen as soon as it reaches the set 30%. Can anybody shed a light, please? Can't fly without it.

I've had mine do the same a few times. Twice, volume was off or on mute on my phone, and once no warning at all

I have the same problem. I have search on this site an Google and there seems to be a lot of people complaining about no beeping for low battery.

I also read (I think it was on this site) that someone spoke to DJI about this. Maybe it will be sorted out in the next firmware update.

I’m having the same issue with the IPad Air 2.
I have the audible sound using the S7 android so I have become accustomed to using that to start heading home.
