Hello,

I'm in June going on holiday to Montenegro and wonder if I should take my spark with me because the information I find on the internet is very confusing.

On one side I find this link:
Montenegro Drone Laws | UAV Systems International
So no problem

On the other hand I find this info:
Regulations - Montenegro | Airport UAV
So only with approval

Or I find this, not translated:
http://www.caa.me/cms/site_data/propisi/OPS/Pravilnik o bespilotnim vazduhoplovima i modelima.pdf
Don't understand a word of it...

On DroneMate (map app) Montenegro is collared red...
This Map Shows You The Drone Laws For Every Country In The World (Updated Regularly)

Just going on holiday so recreational!
Can someone help?

Hi Zicolas, I'm also heading to Montenegro on holiday soon! I've done a bit of investigating and I believe that because the Spark is 300g and its top speed is 50km/h it is exempt from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA.me) rules as it's top Kinetic energy is 29J (under the limit of 79J).

My plan is to print the specs of the drone and the translated version of the CAA.me document you found (included below) and take that with me. Although it is not required for the Spark, you could also add a label with your name and contact number and consider some sort of damage insurance for the duration holiday.

I'm going to keep researching so I'll let you know if I find out anything more!
