dear all, hope you are doing well. 1 week ago, I received a brand new dji spark. trying to install it on various mobile equipments the whole week. last night it looked like I would succeed to take it off, because the equipment was reacting to my tablet but then i received a message that i was in a now fly zone. i tried today again but hen i received a message stating that the spark was locked. is there anyway to get fly the spark?

Make sure you have the current version of DJI GO installed and update the fly safe database if you're being prompted to do so.
thank GOD I was able to take off and land the aircraft, so now i'm going to exercise. sparkhelp, after executing our advise, it unlocked. to all others who, (especially those who for the first time are going to use a dji spark) please be patient. because after several time i was about to send back the drone. but hold on and visit a forum. there are people who already went through the process. of of the desperate thing I also wanted to do is to buy an expensive mobile equipment (cause i was nt able to install it on my regina ipad). bu I succeeded on a rca (vojager111 tablet, a 7"tablet. it cost just usd 61 . greetings from the amazon, Suriname-south-america
