No photos on my Mobile

I have asked before but not yet solved despite some good advice. Why are my video recordings captured on my phone but not my photos. Both are on the SD card.
So annoying and must be a simple answer! The phone is a Samsung 9+.

(on iPhone) when the spark is on and connected you can save the photos (in 4 go) to your camera roll their

As Nope2.0 said, power up your spark, connect your phone and open go 4 app. Then enter editor (in main screen), click album on top.
