OTG NEVER WORKED, is mod lite safe

I tried everythig on my galaxy mega phone and cannot use otg,android is 4,4,2..everything else works otg but not this
phoNe that i like, can someone help,and also is the mod lite app safe to use? Thanks

You need to update your android version, otg wont work with that version.
