Password changed due to region

Hello,
I have purchase a DJI Spark in the US and tried to set it up in France.
When I tried to connect to the WIFI entering the password set on the box, I got an error messsage "To comply with the new region we need to change the password".
And then nothing happened and I can not connect to the wifi with the provided password on the box.
I tried ti change the region back to U.S but this does not change anything.
Can anyone help???
