Phone mount X Gopro

I want to buy this phone mount but the problem that I see is that I can't use the parabolic dish with it. I was thinking of using a Gopro extension to move it a bit. If anyone has the same one, can anyone try it for me? Thanks in advance

The effectiveness of the parabolic range extender is debatable. Maybe you should try the base model, and not use the parabolic range extender to see if it works for you.

Thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately, I don't have a tablet that I can use as a monitor. I only have my samsung s9 for it and for me it'll be too expensive for me to get one if I'm just gonna use it as a monitor. I went ahead and ordered the mount, I'll just wait and see if my plan will work

Just heads up, plastic mounts do not hold up at all.
It would be worth it in the end to get the MavMount.
Plus, it is not only for tablets but with the right clamp (you can order different ones) you can use phones too.
