Hi guys,

I recently did a DIY repair and all went well but one of the ‘plugs’ for the left antenna broke off the motherboard!

Can anyone help! Photos attached!

Photo 1- how it is meant to look
Photo 2 and 3 - how it looks.

I tried super glueing it on but the video cuts out after 2 metres :(.

Please help.”

That looks like it needs to be properly soldered instead of glued. If you don't have the equipment or skills you may find a local electronics repair shop. Ham radio guys, business computer shops and Geek Squad have friendly nerds that do that stuff on the side.

Otherwise you are looking at a motherboard replacement. I'd only trust that to ThunderDrones (or DJI).

If you had a warranty it's voided now. I'd recommend getting DJI Care once you are up and running again.

I hope it works out for you!

Thank you :)! So would you simple take the wire out of the gold plus and solder the wire directly onto the brass part?

And ideas for getting the glue off ?

When it comes to soldering on the motherboard I would leave that to a professional.

Plus they will enjoy a laugh from the super glue repair. Post reaction pics!
