problem connection with spark and dji go on android

hello everyone i don t know if every one answer to this question but i can t connect my spark with dji go 4 on android when i lunch dji go he cut immeddiately i have google pixel 3A do you have a solution or other software? please help

Got exactly same issue apparently many people have contacted dji and its since there was a update to android phones.especially Samsung this problem has started.mines been since the 17th of this month.Im hoping they sort it soon as i needed it for my holidays and been unable to do what i wanted so far but im not hopefull

i had the same issue last night. i reset my spark (pressed the button on the battery for 10 - 12 seconds). also uninstalled the installed the app from scratch. was able to connect after that.

I can't even get the app to open I get this message
