Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me with the below problem I have?

Quickshot doesn’t seem to work on my spark. I select the quickshot option from the left hand tool bar. I then try to draw a green circle on my target, immediately after that I am alerted with a yellow message reading “ActiveTrack Flight Ended - Aircraft is entering a restricted area”. At first I took this message for what it says however I have now tried flying the drone in several different locations in several different countries and I always get the same message. I’m 100% sure I can’t always be in a restricted area, I have seen drone footage shot using quickshots in the same areas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi fellow sparker
Ive never had this kind of problems. I guess it must be a handling fault. Therefore i suggest, you strictly adhere to the instruction on sparks manual pages 16-21 (which you can dwnld on dji go4 app.
Hopefully the attached pics will allow you to ser 'the mecanics' to do successful quick shots.
I wish you happy shooting.

After selecting Quick shot, you tap on the function desired, then drag a green box to frame the object you want. It won't let you draw a circle around the target. The word "Go" should appear inside the green box once the Spark recognizes and acquires the target. Tapping the Go-in-the-box initiates tracking. You've got to be at least 4.5 feet above ground. There are numerous YouTube videos with good tutorials on the Spark and its functions. You can't go wrong using SparkUrs' manual scans.

Appreciate the replies, I can assure you I am following the manual guides. The active track does not work either - it prompts the same error message.

I have attached more screenshots from me attempting the quickshot and active track function this morning!

Any other help greatly appreciated

Are you sure you are selecting QuickShot from the screen below?

Because the other screenshot shows that you were in ActiveTrack mode when you were selecting the subject.

Hi there. I know the original post is from 3 years ago but I am having this same problem. Had my Spark for a few years but never really tried Quickshots or until 1 month ago. I was able to do Dronie, circle etc the first day I tried … all seemed ok. Went back to the same location a week later and now I get the error: “Active track Flight ended: Aircraft is entering a restricted area”. This is is the same place it previously worked. I had not done sny firmware updates between these times. I have also now tried in 3 other locations and same error. I’ve now also tried Activetrack as well and get the same error as soon as I touch the screen to draw a box around the subject. I am nowhere near any restricted areas. Did you eventually work out your issue or can anyone else with more knowledge than me assist? Greatly appreciate any help.
