Rookie mistake:
I was updating my RC Controller firmware and my wi-fi connection got disrupted.
I have reconnected it but now it is stuck at "Updating Remote Controller 8%".
There is no cancel feature and I'm not sure what to do.
Is there some sort of reset function I can use to reset my Controller to factory setting and start over.
Thanks.

I had similar problem and fixed with these steps:

1. Power on aircraft. Hold down power button for 9 seconds to reset (you will hear beeping). Do the same reset procedure to remote control.
2. Pair aircraft directly to phone. Do quick take off and land to confirm working properly.
3. Re-pair aircraft with remote control. Do quick flight to confirm operation.
4. When upgrading RC firmware keep device as close to wifi source as possible and don't move it.

If this doesn't work you could delete DJI Go app and reinstall it. Then repeat same steps.

Good luck.

Thanks. That worked. I had to reinstall the App because it wouldn’t restart.
