I've shot a pano before but mine came out straight with 21 pictures. How did you get that snow globe effect? Is it because you had the camera pointed down?

Use the DJI app to stitch the pano, or better yet use MS ICE to do it and get a high resolution output.

Agreed. I especially like the way you can select the type of ddistortion and auto complete is great too.
