I'm heading camping this weekend and would love to bring the Spark. A bit concerned that the batteries might be sitting in a hot car all day if we're not on the campgrounds. It's about 70-80 degrees where I am. Any thoughts on how to take the Spark on this trip without fear of damaging the batteries with the heat of the car?

Put them in something insulated like a cooler. Just no ice or water.

Found this info from a DJI source: the short answer, nope. Temps can fluctuate so better to be safe than sorry.

70-80 oC is too high. The minimum precaution, if you really finally decide to do it, at least put them in fire proof box.

So 21-26 oC is nothing for the batteries and fully in their storage temperature range.
Usually in a car, when there is sun, the temperature can raise a lot more when it is parked without AC.
