Spark battery charging while hot

Immediately after a flight I would like to start charging my battery, but it's too hot (single led blinking). Is it ok to hook it up to the cheer until it cools down and starts charging? I would think it's ok since it's an "intelligent" battery, but wanted to ask everyone here. Thanks!

Yes.
You can plug it into the charger when hot.

If you have a portable charging station, you might let it cool down a bit so that the battery in the charge station doesn't have to check the dead battery repeatedly until its cool enough to charge.

Sure. The battery will just wait till it has cooled down, then charge.
