Trouble pairing controller after using phone

I’ve always flown with controller using OTG cable without any problems. Recently I’ve been using my phone only with active tracking. I’ve been having problems pairing the controller now, the green light does not appear on the controller when I turn on the remote and the drone? Any ideas? I reset the controller no luck.

Green light is for when the controller is link to the Spark...not the phone.
