I got a Spark for Xmas. Still can’t get the blades to spool up, although I think that I am close. I live within the edge of an authorized zone which has an altitude restriction of 200’.
I’ve gotten as far to “receive a token” and entered it, but get a notification of “User not recognized, error code: 3001”
Doe’s Anyone know what this means, and what I need to do to get it working?

I did drive outside the authorized area after my previous post, and my spark started and flew just fine. I cannot fly in or around my house however because of the authorized zone.
I am arriving at the conclusion that DJI is the problem. According to AirMap and B4UFLY (put out by the FAA), I am legal to fly around my home for quite a distance as long as I stay below 200’. That’s fine with me, but Dji is needlessly preventing my Spark to fly. I think (and expect) DJI to be more on top of things and more supportive of their customers.
