Update to lost Spark. DJI finally decided to work with me on my lost Spark. DJI sent me a refurbished Spark, which I am completely fine with. I will tell you that it was multiple conversations and almost a daily battle to get to this point. I do have to thank DJI for standing beside their product. But I will say it was a real headache to deal with support.

Unfortunately salt water does, and will continue to do damage to the electronics to the point of failure.
If it did fire up and fly, I'd keep a close eye on it because the corrosion will continue over time.
Hopefully DJI will give you options for a replacement.

DJI estimated repairs of "just water damage" to 300 Euro's, but they will repair it for me free of charge. So hopefully when it comes back it is working properly again, will give it a test drive above dry land ;-)
