I was trying to put the antenna mod on my controller and accidentally took the top cover off from the bottom without disconnecting the ribbon cable from the sticks which broke off from the housing, its brand new, bought the other day. What's the best thing to do, is this even repairable or do I need new controller. Iv attached pictures which show the exact ribbon IMG_20190620_000450.jpgIMG_20190620_000431.jpgIMG_20190620_000358.jpg

What antenna mod are you doing ? I never took apart mine but I’m pretty sure that is not repairable . Maybe a drone repair or dji authorized repair store can fix it

Was trying to put a 16dbi antenna one and had to take original out. But will they repair something after you tried tinker with with?

Unfortunately what DJI would charge for repair is probably darn close to the cost of a new controller.

Um. Check ebay. I've seen spark remotes for like 40USD there. The probably have lost their sparks.

I have the same problem. How do you reconnect the cable to the main unit? It's a bugger to work with. I just cant seem to get the cable into the slot on the main board. Any help would be really appreciated.
