Downward position issues

Hey guys,

I tried to try out the tracking on my spark.when I tried to do that It asked me to turn on downward position. I tapped on enable a few times but nothing happened the pop up window did not go away. Anybody have an suggestions? I wasnt flying it very high if that helps. Just at eye level.

i have only lightly messed with tracking because the first time i did i crashed

anyways i don't believe if you tell it to track below you will have to go slowly or else it'll lose tracking.
other than that i'm not sure
