File Type Not Supported (video not saved correctly - help!)

Title says it all.

I've just returned from a great set of flights. All of them cached correctly in the iPhone (7 plus, DJI Go 4.1.7) but when trying to get them out of the spark using an SD card adapter (came with the card) it says that (the best) one of my videos can't be transferred! Eek! It will copy it to my desktop but ends with an error saying "Some of the data cannot be read or written" and "File Type Not Supported" when trying to transfer into Photos on my Mac, also, there is no icon preview on my Macbook with the broken file. Another 10 or 12 files (pics and vids) all transferred correctly

Anybody know how I can get whatever video info is in this 1.9Gb file out!

hehe..google is my friend..for anyone else with this issue who doesn't know this; make sure you stop recording before you turn your quad off!
