GPS Encounters Disconnect

A little help please.
Went out for a flight today (commonly flown spot) and received this warning from power up.
Anyone come across this that could advise would be much appreciated.
Go4 app states to reset and reconnect.
Powered down and up same issue.
Compass calibration- same issue.
IMU calibration - same issue.
All updates undertaken - same issue.

Just updating - after firmware refresh still no joy. Now bird back to the point of sale for investigation by the factory.
