How long should it take for RC's Wifi to show up?

I have a Spark (Fly More Combo) and RC. It sometimes takes 30 seconds to a full minute before my Android (OnePlus 3T) would see the RC's SSID.

Can anyone with a RC tell me how long it takes for your phone to see your RC's SSID after turning the RC on?

What I normally do is start up the Spark, immediately thereafter start up the remote. I then get my smartphone out and push it in the cradle of the remote. In the meantime the RC will connect with the Spark after about 10 seconds. I then start the DJI Go4 app and I then open the WiFi settings on my phone which will show the WiFi of the Spark and I connect. The whole process takes around 30 seconds. Sometimes a little longer but as I'm setting up in the meantime, it doesn't bother me that much.
