Mixing ground and aerial shots was the main reason for me to get the Osmo Pocket. It's small enough to carry it in my pocket and the videos are extemely well stabilized. The only downside is that the Spark does 1080p only while the Osmo can do 4K. I wish the Spark could do so, too.
