Call Dji the same thing happened to me. They will look at the records and if it was a glitch in the system you might have a chance to get one for half off.
It is difficult to find because DJI has not made it obvious that you can SCROLL DOWN and see more options at bottom of the Settings menu. There is a tab labeled "Advanced" that you need to expand.
