Message appears 6 times during a flight

I have flown my Spark a number of times with an OTG cable but after the last firmware update the error message "product may not be supported " followed by a tick list comes up about 6 times on a flight
Any suggestions?

This might be unrelated, but I’m getting authorization zone pop up but felt like six times in a flight.(don’t worry I’m playing by all the rules)

Maybe your cable as bad contacts, try a new one.
