I have a dji spark and I crashed it and everything seemed to be okay several weeks go bye and yesterday I went to fly it I connected to the drone as I always would just fine except I am unable to take off all I get is a message : failure to takeoff. After further inspection I also found that upon turning on the spark it didn't make any noises and both motors and gimbal displays no movement in start up? As well as the battery wont charge via USB port battery only charges on charger. What could this be.

that's what I was thinking but the funny thing is that spark is on and transmitting video feed just no power to motors or led's or gimbal motor? No errors message displayed on app...on attempt to take off it give a error message saying "failure to takeoff " that's it no other message

There are a number of connectors in the Spark any one of which could have gotten loosened by the impact. If you're of a mind to investigate it yourself, here's a video on how to disassemble it:
