Hello,

Iwould like to share my Experience so far After sending my drone to DJI Repair

on the 11 of August I open a case at www.dji.com under onlie repair.

I filled out the information and you gave me a case nr. and the address

where I should send the drone. The address was in Germany.
So I sent the drone to Germany.

Best Regards,

Now comes the interesting part. I took a picture of my Drone before I sent to DJI and when I compared the Serial Number from the mail they sent me
I realized it was a different one.
The worst part is 2 weeks have passed since I sent my drone but I don’t have a clue where the drone actually is. And to make you feel better
they sent me an invoice for a faulty drone which is not yours and the amount is basically the price of a new drone which sounds like a joke.
Please see invoice bellow. And it says no warranty. My drone has less than 2 month.

Who would pay 570 € to repair a drone when you can buy a new one for the same price. I am speechless

Really not happy with DJI Support and I will let my friends and family know about this.
