I'm bringing a large boat down from San Fran to SoCal and I want to do some shots of the boat off shore in the ocean. Anyone know if there's a way to RTC (Return to Controller)? Sounds like RTH will send it back to where it took off. If the boat is moving that's gonna be ugly.

Hi Mickey, there is an option in the Go4 app to set the Home Point where the RC is, as an alternative to the take off point. Unfortunately it doesn’t track movements only records where the RC was when it was set.
I would use the tracking mode so the Spark follows the boat, & land your quad manually. Tracking mode is very good, it can make the Spark circle the object its tracking.
Try it out, on dry land.
Be careful flying low & don’t try to stretch your flight time when over water, land with battery power to spare. Ideally the Spark will be ahead of the boat & have the wind behind it when its returning to the boat. Then you won’t be battling to land in time.
