WIFI PW wont work spark

WIFI says, when i select "spark ..." it ask for the PW i never saw this before
and when I put it in it doesn't recognize it !

It just DL'd a firmware Update today but without the PW to connect it wont fly or finish updating!

Yes i took the PW off the Spark itself and rebooted all.

If connecting to the Spark's Wi-Fi network, enter the password from the Spark's battery compartment. If connecting the the Spark remote controller's Wi-Fi network, enter "12341234".

If the password does not work, power on the Spark, wait for it to start up, and then press and hold the Spark's battery button until you hear 3 beeps. Then, try connecting to the Wi-Fi network again.
