Greetings from Greece!

I had a P3S and flashed it with the mod that increases the db of the antennae.I have found it in the P3 forums, and worked great.

Is there anything similar for our small Sparky?Thank you!

Other than it being illegal to increase the EIRP of the transmitting device over and above your countries regulations, try using the Search function on the forum.

Here is 1 way to do it. There are many ways

I’d strongly suggest you reach out to your local RC/drone communities and lobby your government reprentatives to change the regulations that are so limiting.

It must be really lame to have to deal with over restrictive policies like that.

So when you hit the RTH button, is the Spark going to Ohio?

I don't think it's going to make it. :p

It's not restrictive at all.
In any case - OFCOM are not going to rethink their frequency allocation tables and EIRP output regulations because a few people want to fly their toys!

If they weren’t restrictive people wouldn’t feel the need to hack the drones to FCC mode.

That said, these regulations are often made not realizing the impacts to other areas or are made years ago and technology has changed, making a review of them relevant.

In any event, if you don’t ask for things to be changed, they won’t.

I don’t feel the need to hack any of my equipment. Seriously, why does anyone need to fly their quadcopter out of visual range? I really don’t understand it.

For me flying in CE mode it was nearly impossible to fly beyond 200 meters. Video image was laggy and drop outs. Now without fcc mode everything fine. I never fly beyond 400/500 meter

Hi. Can you please post the link with the procedure you used?
Thank you
