Distance and signal problem

Hello all,

I'm a new Spark user and having problem with distance. It's like 100 or 200 meters, i m getting image transmission and signal lost messages with RC controller.
I'm in Europe and I'm flying open area with more than 10 or 12 GPS. What can I do for this?

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try to figure out what is reducing your range:

• Enable airplane mode on your mobile device (and re-enable Wi-Fi if not using an OTG cable)
  
• Make sure you don't have any other Wi-Fi/cellular devices near the remote controller
• Make sure the remote controller antennas are positioned like this
• Make sure there are no obstacles between the Spark and remote controller
• Try flying in a location where you know there are no other nearby Wi-Fi signals (e.g. don't fly in a house neighborhood)
