DJI Spark - No Focus in pics

Hello everybody,
I’m new here and recently repaired my Spark after it landed in the sea. I replaced the front sensor and the gimbal.
Now everything is find and working again, except the photos.
Its alsways looks like there is the wrong focus. If I take pic 10-15cm away, it looks find, but the rest is blurre (see photo).
I already did a YouTube tutorial to calibrate the gimbal from my PC, but it didn’t worked.
Can anyone help me?

Seems like the focal length of the lenses is off.
Maybe you took apart the gimbal or camera for cleaning and when you put it together you mismatch the lenses.
The focus point on the spark is set to infinity your seems to have now macro Focus point.

Yes, I just took it apart again and there was something wrong with the lens. I fixed it, it’s working again
