Have you made a Warranty Claim?

I see lots of talk about warranty cover but how many people have actually had genuine faults that have required warranty claims that have been successful?

I’m talking about the 12 months that comes with the spark, not any type of extra cover like ‘refresh’

I understand that they aren’t 12 months old yet, but from what I can read it seems most issues have related to either settings or firmware and wouldn’t be covered by the warranty.

I did once when my spark only 3 days old, cause gamble issue. It take nearly 4 week to get a replacement.
