No sound on Low Battery alert?

Hi All, I just picked up my Spark a couple of weeks ago. So far it's been great but one thing I've noticed is that I do not get an audible alert when I get to the Low Battery percentage. I get the Message warning me of low battery in red (int he app) but no sounds like my Mavic. Has anyone else had this and is this expected?

Actually I mispoke. I do recall it verbalizing 'critically low battery' alert.

That's correct no sounds or verbal warning commands. Pilot definitiely needs to monitior the screen for the RED warning signs on the app screen

Thanks - so this is expected behavior? Just chatting with DJI support and they're asking me to send in the remote for troubleshooting...?

That's strange. The DJI Go 4 app tells me when I'm at low battery alert and when I'm at critical battery. Verbal and a chime.

make sure your phone is not muted for media volume!
