So I did the DJI chat again and asked why orders that came in after mine have been shipped and I still haven't received any information. This is what they said;

Dji support tchat is just worthless, they told me that my Spark will be shipped on june 30 and the day after that I received my shipping confirmation mail... They absolutely have no clue of what's going on on the logistic side...

The shipping exception is normal. The details will likely show that the package simply didn't make it to the plane before the cutoff time, very common for new product shipments coming out of China.

From my experience with similar situations (if you're in the US anyway), you will see movement on Sunday Night US time as the plane in China makes it's way to the US, clears customs and then hits a FedEx hub for distribution.

My spark is in the same batch right now, with scheduled delivery on Wednesday. Good chance that Wednesday will turn into a Tuesday, but not always.

What really screwed with my head was that it was "enroute" from Shenzhen China to HK for about 24 hours - which it never stopped at - and the next scan was at the FedEx Memphis hub. No stopping in HK I guess. And I was lucky - it had that same shipping exception but it was still delivered on 6/15.

Hope you guys get yours early.

Scroll up ... I got it this morning. 1st estimate was for today before 10:30 am, then it changed to tomorrow, but it was delivered today around 9:30am. Batteries on charge.
