DJI spark usually connects via wifi to your phone , either through the controller or directly, but there is a BETTER way which increases range because you don't interfere with the drone connection by having wifi switched on.

I ordered the Micord @ $8.99. I thought they had a 90 degree to 90 degree, but that was a USB-C to Lightning cable.

Sorry i misread you comment, you should get a controller to drone signal but no controller to phone.

Yeah I saw that. Might be an iOS thing? On my screen it's grayed out.

@Jeplane, I thought that's was it, but that is a USB-C instead of microUSB, so I ordered the Startec 8" one above but from the USA Amazon site. I can use it to transfer files directly from Spark to iPad Mini even if it doesnt work as a direct link from RC to iPad Mini.
